About the Artist:

Graduate from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts with major in Graphic Design in 1990 and Rhodec International with a Diploma in Interior Design in 1996.

Started learning pottery since 1991 and has been under the teachings of Cultural Medallion winner and renowned potter, Mr Iskandar Jalil from 1994.

Exhibitions participated are:

• 1995 - "Teawares" ceramic exhibition by he Singpapore Potters Competition, winning 3rd Prize
• 1996 - "Down To Earth Exhibition" held at Art Focus Gallery
• 1997 - "Singapore Art 97" organized by the National Arts Council
• 2001 - "Oneness with Nature" a two woman show held a the the Galerie Belvedere
• 2007 - "Pipes, Pots and Other Pieces" by artists from the Jalan Bahar Clay Studios (JBCS) at the National Library
• 2008 - 6th Ngee Ann 3D Art Exhibition 2009 held at Ngee Ann Cultural Centre
