Early work 每 Functional pottery.
Later work 每 Earthenware for creative and sculpture work.
About the Artist: Trying
out ceramic classes was initially intended to occupy Boon Choon＊s
free time. However he became addicted to it when he discovered that
there are so many ways of expression using clay. Looking back at
his first work, it amazes him that he has reached the stage at which
he is today 每 he is able to throw a 16-inch pot. The original color
and texture of clay is beautiful to him so he prefers to have his
pots with just a little glaze. There is always an inspiration from
each work he has completed that urges him to continue with pottery.
Lately he is moving from throwing to sculptural forms.
